Leigh Tredger, a movement coach, puppeteer and director, currently working at The Garage in Norwich, introduced a group of young people to the principles of Laban Movement.

The workshop was the first in an occasional series, designed to introduce young people to performance and production skills relating to opera. As with all our activities it was free of charge and open access.

Everybody who attended had a great time and learned lots. We are looking forward to more skills workshops in the future.
