Amahl and the Night Visitors – 2105

In November / December 2015, we performed this beautiful, seasonal story in three different churches, St Andrew’s Chesterton, St Laurence’s and St Augustine’s. The young cast excelled themselves and thrilled and moved the large audiences with their beautiful performances.

This is the second time we have performed Amahl and the Night Visitors. It differs from our other productions, in that it’s designed to be small and portable – it was originally developed on a tiny budget to perform in the Grand Arcade. With no set and only a few props, the singers create the setting and use puppets to support the action.
