1. 10 May 18:30 – 19:15 – Programming for CYO – Brainstorm
   Challenge us! What are we missing when we look for works to perform? What questions are we not asking? What have we missed and what can we do that’s new and different? There is a list of some of the questions that we consider when programming attached to this email, to give some context. Your input will feed into the way in which we approach programming in the future.
2. 24 May 18:30 – 19:15 – How can CYO run more sustainably? – Brainstorm
3. 07 June 18:30 – 19:15 – How a small performing arts company works – Interactive presentation
   A bit more of a learning session, providing insights into the elements that make up the work of a small performing arts company, including those the public (and sometimes the performers) never see. 
4. 21 June 18:30 – 19:15 – How to be an effective CYO ambassador – Brainstorm
   Help us understand the best ways in which you can help raise the profile of CYO. We have quite a lot of awareness building and fundraising activity coming up and we need you to help us get the best out of your involvement. NB – if you have ideas about this, but don’t want to actively represent CYO, we’d love you to be at this session. It doesn’t commit you to anything going forward.
